Why Acne Is Simple
Acne is often thought of as a complicated matter. "We'll need some avocado, some lemons, and some paper towels. Wash your face twice a day with this mixture and you'll be fine within a month." Well it's not supposed to be that. The misconceptions about acne fly EVERYWHERE, and it taints the simple thought that acne is perfectly natural. Dirt doesn't cause acne. Your diet (any sort of greasy food, fatty food, etc.) doesn't cause acne either. So what does? Hormones (natural), stress (natural), certain makeups, certain medications, friction cause by rubbing, etc. all cause acne. But these are easy to stop! Instead of ordering a 60-day plan, it's better to say "Don't put this makeup on. Don't take lithium anymore. Take a few days off" and have it dealt with. Acne medications and treatments are starting to get more and more complicated. The large corporations are charging over $50 (when it's really supposed to be around $20) and acne is now a $2.8 billion industry worldwide. Buying into these systems can easily be reproduced without having to spend large amounts of money. Acne is a natural matter. It should be dealt with in a very healthy way that won't break your bank. |
